Pricing Questions

Your license includes all updates released within 1 year of purchase. This covers bug fixes, new features, and compatibility updates. After 1 year, you can renew your license at a discounted rate to continue receiving updates, or your license remains valid at the last version you received — no forced expiration.
Each license tier covers a set number of WordPress installations where WriteWP is active. For Agency (5 sites), that means 5 separate WordPress installs. Each site needs its own license activation. You manage activations from your WriteWP account dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference between your current tier and the new one. Contact support with your license key and they will generate an upgrade path for you.
Yes. WriteWP does not include AI — you use your own API keys from OpenAI, Google, or MiniMax. You pay those providers directly at their published rates. WriteWP does not add any markup to AI costs. Ollama runs on your own server for free.
The Agency license at $247 covers 5 sites. For 6-10 sites, you can purchase two Agency licenses. For more than 10, the Unlimited license at $497 is the most cost-effective option. Contact us if you have a specific multi-site need.
