These terms govern your use of WriteWP. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to them. We kept them short because nobody likes reading 40 pages of legalese.

License

When you purchase WriteWP, you receive a license to use the plugin — not ownership of the code.

Single Site License

Install and use WriteWP on one WordPress site. You may not share or redistribute the plugin files.

Unlimited License

Install and use WriteWP on as many WordPress sites as you own or manage.

• Licenses are non-transferable — you can’t sell, share, or redistribute them.
• You receive access to updates and support for the duration of your license period.
• Source code is provided in obfuscated form. You may not modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer it.

Acceptable Use

WriteWP is a content tool — use it responsibly.

• No illegal content. Don’t use WriteWP to generate or distribute content that violates laws in your jurisdiction.
• No spam. Don’t use WriteWP to mass-produce low-quality, duplicate, or spam content at scale.
• No abuse. Don’t use the plugin in ways that could damage, overload, or impair AI provider services.

We reserve the right to revoke licenses for serious or repeated violations.

API Costs

WriteWP connects to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) using your API key and your account . Every request the plugin makes is billed to you by that provider, per their pricing.

WriteWP takes no cut, adds no markup, and charges no per-use fee. Your license fee covers the plugin software only. Monitor your API usage and spending directly through your AI provider’s dashboard.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. If WriteWP isn’t the right fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. We’re reasonable people — reach out and we’ll work with you.

Limitation of Liability

WriteWP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WriteWP.
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI providers — you review and publish it at your own risk.
• We are not liable for API costs, service interruptions, or changes to third-party AI provider pricing or availability.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version on writewp.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of WriteWP after changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes (like new restrictions or fee structures) will be communicated via email or an in-plugin notice when possible.
